Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Product
Disassemble your chair following our provided video guides and place it securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid FedEx shipping label to print and affix to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
